I’m Tom Badger, founder of Ridiculous Joy Productions, LLC , and it is my experience that the greatest connections we make aren't scripted.

I find that the heart of communication, whether in caregiving, education, or any form of customer service, comes from truly listening, meeting people where they are, and embracing the unexpected.

Improv taught me that life doesn’t have to go perfectly to be meaningful. I teach workshops to healthcare professionals, business teams, and students of all ages how the simple tools of improv, like "Yes, and…" and "Base Reality", can transform the way we communicate and care for one another.
